Vintage Violy wrap pencil wiggle skirt. It is in a read satin with a black flock swirly pattern. There is no fabric label, but I would say it is polyester. It wraps around the waist and fastens with hook and eyes. It is a size 8, but as it is a wrp skirt, you could size this up to a size 12 by adjusting the points where the hook and eyes are.
